Costs reflected on this site include planning, site preparation, as well as time and materials for the plans to be completed.

Costs to bring utilities to the structure are not included in the price and vary depending on a number of factors.

Interior paint colors are pre-selected and compliment the products that we use.  We prefer to keep those standards.

Although similar to finish selections, customization can be accommodated with the understanding that additional costs will be incurred.

Exterior colors, on the other hand, are often selected by the property owner or are matched to existing structures on the property.

Yes, typically a 10% deposit is required once our contract has been signed.
