Our Story
HIWA Builders is the general contracting division of HIWA Inc., working hand-in-hand with our sister company, RepairPro. We specialize in ADU remodels, rehabs and flips, new construction, and thoughtful development projects. Our signature style is modern, elegant, and specially crafted to reflect the uniqueness of each space we touch.
Established in 2018, Hiwa Builders isn't just a construction company, we are committed to transparent communication. We believe in building trust with our clients through honesty and open dialogue. We walk our clients through a step-by-step process that turns their vision into reality, keeping them informed every step of the way.
In the summer of 2023, HIWA Inc. came under the ownership of Eric Enns, who offers over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in home renovation in 2001.
As HIWA Inc. continues to grow, we vow to never lose sight of the thing that matters most - our commitment to high quality construction for our clients.
