In 2020, HIWA Builders initiated the development of Floral East Apartment Homes, marking our entry into large-scale projects. The complex was completed in 2022 and comprises 23 two-story units. Our maintenance division, RepairPro, remains dedicated to the ongoing care and repair of the property, ensuring our commitment persists even five years post-construction.
