Owner/CEO Eric Enns is a generational Chico local and has nearly 25 years of experience and expertise in design and construction. Eric is a design visionary and creative force at HIWA, Inc. He excels at helping clients design their dream space and then creating the reality, resulting in spaces that are functional, thoughtful, and always beautiful.

Originally from Missouri, General Manager AJ Fagan came to Chico in the early 2000s. AJ’s decades of experience with repair and construction—as well as his impeccable leadership skills—make him a pillar of perspective and professionalism at HIWA, Inc. AJ is a vital part of the everyday operations at our headquarters and out in the field.
