Who We Are

We specialize in residential kitchen and bathroom remodels, ADU construction, custom cabinetry, and commercial remodeling in Chico, California. Established in 2018, HIWA Builders is the general contracting division of HIWA Inc., working hand-in-hand with our maintenance division, RepairPro.

In the summer of 2023, HIWA Inc. came under the ownership of Eric Enns, who offers over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in home renovation in 2001.

People are more important than buildings. Our clients, our team and our families come before construction. It’s as simple as that. While a beautiful finished product is something that we strive for, we measure a successful project by the relationships we build in the process.
